Sami is launching a brand new online Palestinian and Middle Eastern cookery classes suitable for cooks of any levels.
To maintain quality and real-time guidance, Sami’s classes are small, maximum of 30 students. This guarantees that everyone gets
the attention needed to cook confidently, to have fun and to always learn something new, and delicious.
All students are given written recipes, a prep list and an equipment list ahead of the class to ensure they are organised,
the class is relaxed and as enjoyable as possible. The classes typically last about 2 hours.

Corporate classes
Virtual and in-person cookery demonstrations, talks, Q&As and cook-a-longs can be arranged on a bespoke basis.

Future cookery classes
We are looking to reintroduce in-person cookery classes in London in the future but this very much depends on finding a suitable venue. Any updates will be given to those subscribed to our mailing list. Thank you for your understanding.
* Booking terms
Spaces will only be booked once your payment has been received. Bookings are on a first come first serve basis and payments are only accepted via bank transfer. Ingredients are not included but every confirmed student will receive an ingredient list, prep list and equipment list as soon as their place is confirmed on the class. Once booked, class fees are non-refundable and dates are non-transferable, so do make sure you are 100% ready to confirm your booking before you make payment.
